It even started fine after sitting outside when it was 2 degrees out. Dealer told me he feels it is poorly designed system for relieving the pressure when starting the motor. When you stop the motor at just the right spot, the compression is to high for the starter, but once you bump over it, it goes just fine.Nov 13, 2018 · On a 900 XP the fuel tank is under the driver's seat. Lift the seat, turn the key on and listen for a high pitched whining noise coming from the tank.
